Am 11. Mai feiere ich mit dem Kopfstand Workshop, die Yoga Asana, die mir in haltlosen Momenten Präsenz schenkt für das Hier und Jetzt. Der Kopfstand, fordert Fokus, Flexibilität und Balance. Du stellst deine Welt wortwörtlich auf den Kopf. Und das tut richtig gut und schenkt dir Mut, Dinge anzugehen, die du dir normalerweise nicht zutraust.

Wie zum Beispiel dieses Gedicht von mir auf englisch...



I LOOK,

BUT I DON'T SEE.

I TOUCH, 

BUT I DON'T FEEL.

I LISTEN,

BUT I DON'T HEAR.

I FEAR,

BUT I DON'T RUN.

I WALK,

BUT I DON'T MOVE.

I'M HERE,

BUT I'M NOT HERE.

HERE AND NOW,

IS WHERE I WANT TO BE.

BUT HERE AND NOW

IS NOT WHERE

MY THOUGHTS

MY SENSATIONS

AND MY MIND IS.

HERE AND NOW

IS NOT WHERE I AM.

I AM

YESTERDAY.

I AM

TOMORROW.

I AM 

IN MY IMAGINARY CONSTELLATION OF A DIFFERENT REALITY.

THAT REALITY

IS NOT EVEN BETTER,

NOT EVEN SOFTER,

NOR NICER.

IT IS EVERYTHING, BUT HERE AND NOW.

SO IT IS NOTHING.

IT IS  

NOT WHERE MY BODY MEETS MY MIND.

MY MIND IS LOADED

WITH ALL I COULD,

ALL I WOULD,

ALL I EVER WANTED.

I WANT MY MIND TO MEET

WHAT IS HERE AND NOW.

I WANT MY MIND TO BE PRESENT AND OPEN,

TO WHAT IS MOVING AROUND ME 

AND WITHIN ME,

IN THIS VERY MOMENT.

THIS SECOND,

EACH AND EVERY SECOND IS PRECIOUS,

IF I CAN SEE IT,

FEEL IT,

LISTEN TO IT,

RUN TOWARDS IT,

MOVE WITHIN IT

AND BE IN IT.
